Tove gave me a skein of Malabrigo’s Nube Azules. My fingers have been itching to get started spinning again. First I had to provide Clara with a proper string, i.e. splicing the ends of a string together. (I cut those ugly ends away afterwards).
And then separating the fleece into proper parts.
And so finally some yarn…
I don’t know the proper way of doing it, but I put the finished yarn on my winder.
Then for each full bobbin (I only have one bobbin on the spinning wheel) I could easily spin the end of the yarn on the winder together with the end of the yarn on the bobbin providing me with one artistic skein of Azules.1
